How fast will my order arrive?
Orders within Kathmandu Valley arrive within 1–2 business days. For deliveries outside the valley (Pokhara, Chitwan, Biratnagar, Butwal, and beyond), parcels typically arrive in 2–4 business days via Pathao Express.
How does payment and parcel dispatch work?
To guarantee same-day warehouse packing and ensure serious orders, we collect only the courier delivery fee in advance via eSewa, Khalti, or mobile banking. The rest of your order balance is paid upon cash on delivery (COD) when the parcel reaches your doorstep.
How do I track my order status?
The moment your parcel is verified and handed to the courier, you receive a direct live tracking link. You can view packing, transit, and out-for-delivery stages in real time anytime without waiting for support callbacks.
